Terms & onboarding.
These rules apply to approved WW.CX affiliates, creators, publishers, community partners and business partners. Approval, commission rate and activation are confirmed by WW.CX in writing.
Version: 8 October 2026. These program terms supplement the general WW.CX terms and privacy notice.
Quick start for approved partners
- Use only the referral code and link issued by WW.CX.
- Keep the referral parameters intact when linking to WW.CX.
- Clearly disclose the affiliate relationship wherever the link is promoted.
- Describe products and offers accurately and use current prices, availability and shipping information.
- Do not promise discounts, delivery dates, earnings, environmental outcomes or product features that WW.CX has not published.
- Keep a copy of the approval email and any agreement reference supplied by WW.CX.
Advertising and disclosure rules
Partners must comply with applicable advertising, consumer-protection, competition, privacy, anti-spam and endorsement rules in the places where they promote WW.CX.
- Affiliate or sponsored relationships must be clear and easy to notice.
- Reviews and endorsements must reflect genuine opinions and experiences.
- Do not imply that WW.CX, Spirit Creek Gardens, Creekco, OmegaFX or another related brand has approved a statement unless it has actually been approved.
- Do not impersonate WW.CX or create social accounts, domains or ads that could reasonably be mistaken for official channels.
Referral tracking
Commission eligibility requires a valid active partner code recorded with the order. Site source or UTM attribution by itself does not create a commission.
- Referral links may use cookies/local storage or other consented first-party attribution methods described in the WW.CX privacy notice.
- Tracking can be affected by privacy settings, browser restrictions, deleted storage, link modification or other technical factors.
- WW.CX order records and referral evidence are the authoritative basis for commission review.
- Partners may not overwrite, hijack, stuff or otherwise force attribution onto users who did not arrive through their promotion.
Commission review and payout eligibility
The approved commission rate is stated in the partner record or approval message. A tracked order does not become payable immediately.
- Only eligible paid merchandise is considered for commission.
- Taxes, shipping, refunded amounts, chargebacks, disputed payments and excluded products may reduce the commission basis.
- Orders move through review before they are marked ready for payout.
- Self-referrals, test orders, fraudulent activity, duplicate attribution and purchases made primarily to generate commission may be rejected.
- No minimum earnings, sales volume or payout frequency is promised unless separately agreed in writing.
WW.CX currently records payout authorization separately from the actual payment method. The partner-management page does not itself transfer money.
Prohibited promotion
- Spam, unsolicited bulk messages, deceptive redirects or misleading ads.
- Trademark bidding, domain squatting, impersonation or unauthorized use of brand assets in a way that suggests official status.
- Fake reviews, fabricated testimonials, undisclosed paid endorsements or false scarcity.
- Coupon/code sites that advertise nonexistent discounts or alter referral links without permission.
- Malware, adware, forced clicks, automated traffic, click injection or other artificial attribution methods.
- Promotion of unlawful, hateful, discriminatory or materially unsafe content alongside WW.CX offers.
- Any statement that conflicts with published product, refund, shipping, privacy or program information.
Brand and content use
Partners may link to WW.CX and may use specifically supplied program assets for approved promotion. WW.CX and related marks, artwork and product imagery remain the property of their respective owners. Do not modify logos in a way that suggests a different official brand, and do not resell supplied creative assets by themselves.
Privacy and applicant information
Application and partner information is used to review applications, administer referrals, audit commissions, prevent abuse and communicate about the program. Do not send payment-card data, passwords or unnecessary sensitive personal information through the application form or ordinary email.
Suspension or ending participation
Either side may end participation. WW.CX may suspend or deactivate a code immediately for suspected fraud, misleading promotion, policy violations, legal risk or security concerns. Ending participation stops future commission eligibility through that code; existing eligible orders may still be reviewed according to their recorded evidence.
Questions
