Terms of use
These terms govern use of ww.cx, the WW.CX store, accounts, administrator services, connected applications, developer tools, APIs, and affiliated project or campaign services that link to these terms, unless a particular service provides different terms. WW.CX is operated by Spirit Creek Gardens Inc. for itself and participating project brands shown on the site, including Christmas Island Worldwide and Wild Freedom Works, unless a particular service identifies a different operator.
1. Acceptance and authority
By accessing or using a WW.CX service, you agree to these terms and the notices presented with that service. If you use a service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts and authorized access
You are responsible for protecting account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Use administrator, developer, connected-app and other restricted services only within the permissions granted to you. You must not attempt unauthorized access, bypass security controls, interfere with service operation, introduce malicious code, abuse rate limits, scrape restricted information, impersonate another person or organization, or use WW.CX services unlawfully.
3. Connected applications and OAuth
WW.CX may let you connect third-party services such as Google, GitHub, Airtable, Notion or other providers. The provider shows the access being requested and may let you choose accounts, repositories, pages, databases, bases or other resources to share. WW.CX uses the resulting authorization only to provide the connected functionality you request, subject to the applicable WW.CX access policy. You may revoke a connection through WW.CX when that option is available and may also revoke it through the provider.
Third-party services remain governed by their own terms, privacy notices, availability and security practices. WW.CX does not control those services and cannot guarantee that a provider will continue an API, OAuth flow, feature or integration.
4. Your content and connected data
You retain whatever rights you already hold in content and data that you provide or authorize WW.CX to access. You give WW.CX permission to receive, process, transmit, cache and display that information only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, troubleshoot and improve the requested service, comply with law, or protect legal rights. Access to connected data is also limited by the permissions granted through the relevant provider and WW.CX policy.
5. Store, orders and payments
Product descriptions, availability, pricing, taxes, shipping information and other store details may be corrected when an error is identified. An order may be declined or cancelled when necessary because of availability, pricing or payment errors, suspected fraud, legal restrictions or other legitimate operational reasons; when payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded. Payment-card processing may be handled by a third-party payment provider rather than by WW.CX. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
6. Intellectual property
WW.CX names, project names, logos, visual elements, software, text and original materials are owned by or used with permission of their respective owners. Access to a service does not grant a trademark, copyright or other intellectual-property licence except for the limited right to use the service as intended. Open-source components remain subject to their applicable licences.
7. Availability and changes
Services may change, be suspended, become unavailable or be discontinued. Features described as experimental, staging, preview, development or test services may change without notice and should not be treated as production commitments. Reasonable efforts are made to keep public information accurate, but information can become outdated as projects and services evolve.
8. Security and suspension
WW.CX may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect accounts, systems, users, third parties or legal rights; respond to misuse or security events; maintain services; or comply with law. Security controls, access boundaries and audit measures may be applied to administrator and connected-app activity.
9. Disclaimers
Except where a written service-specific agreement or applicable law says otherwise, WW.CX services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that every service will be uninterrupted, error-free, permanently available or suitable for a particular purpose. Information provided through automated, AI-assisted, experimental or third-party-connected features should be reviewed before relying on it for important decisions.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, WW.CX and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on a service, including losses caused by third-party services or unauthorized use outside WW.CX’s reasonable control. This section does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
11. Privacy
WW.CX’s handling of personal information is described in the WW.CX Privacy Policy. A connected provider may also apply its own privacy terms when you authorize access through that provider.
12. Service-specific terms
A particular product, project, API, communications service, campaign or transaction may present additional terms, notices or agreements. Those service-specific terms apply to that service and control if they expressly conflict with these general terms.
13. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as services, providers or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted here with its effective date. When a change materially affects an ongoing service relationship, additional notice or consent will be provided when required by law or an applicable agreement.
